As a Colombian Lawyer specializing in Foreign Investment, I excel in Company Incorporation, Tax Planning, and Trademark Registration, guiding clients toward international opportunities with a focus on risk management. After graduating from Universidad de La Sabana (Colombia) with a talent scholarship and pursuing an MBA in financial valuation and investment management at Lynn University (U.S.), I lead a team of advisors with over 20 years of experience, specializing in analyzing, developing, and managing business opportunities. My membership in the International Trademark Association (INTA) equips me with skills to navigate international trademark matters and the trade treaty between the United States and Colombia effectively
